Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

This document is a public offer in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and contains the terms for providing information services through the Dansly platform (hereinafter — the "Service").

User (Customer): an individual who has accepted the terms of this Offer and made payment for services.

2. Subject of Agreement

The Service Provider undertakes to provide the User with access to educational content on the Dansly platform (video lessons, training programs, dance materials), and the User undertakes to pay for access under the terms specified in this Offer.

3. Service Delivery Procedure

3.1. Services are provided remotely through the website dansly.io 3.2. To receive services, the User must register 3.3. After payment, the User gains access to paid content 3.4. Access is provided for the period corresponding to the selected plan

4. Service Cost and Payment Procedure

4.1. Service costs are listed on the website in the plans and subscriptions section 4.2. Payment is processed through the T-Bank payment system 4.3. The payment date is the date funds are credited to the Provider's account 4.4. After payment, the User receives an electronic receipt at the specified email

Available plans:

• Monthly subscription — from 490 ₽/month
• 3 months — from 1,290 ₽ (430 ₽/month)
• Annual subscription — from 3,990 ₽ (333 ₽/month)
• Lifetime access — from 9,990 ₽ (one-time)
• Individual lesson purchases — from 99 ₽ per lesson

5. Automatic Subscription Renewal

5.1. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the end of the period 5.2. To cancel auto-renewal, use the Subscriptions section in your dashboard 5.3. A notification about upcoming charges is sent 3 days before renewal 5.4. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period

6. Rights and Obligations

The Service Provider undertakes to:

• Provide access to content within 24 hours of payment
• Ensure Service operability (at least 95% uptime)
• Provide technical support to users
• Regularly update content (at least once a week)

The User undertakes to:

• Use content only for personal non-commercial purposes
• Not copy, distribute, or share access with third parties
• Respect copyrights on materials
• Independently assess physical readiness for training

7. Refund Policy

7.1. 30-day money-back guarantee — we will refund within 30 days of first payment if you're not satisfied with content quality 7.2. For refunds, email support@dansly.io with subject 'Refund' 7.3. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment card 7.4. Refunds do not apply to subscriptions used for more than 30 days 7.5. Upon refund, access to content is blocked

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All Service materials are protected by copyright 8.2. Copyright holders are content creators and the Service Provider 8.3. The subscription does not grant commercial use rights 8.4. Copyright violations result in access being blocked without refund

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Service is not liable for physical injuries during training 9.2. Medical consultation is recommended before starting workouts 9.3. The Provider is not responsible for failure to achieve expected learning outcomes 9.4. The Service is not liable for technical issues on the User's side

10. Personal Data

Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy and requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ 'On Personal Data'.

By paying for services, the User consents to personal data processing.

11. Offer Acceptance

Acceptance of this Offer is the User's payment for services. Payment signifies full agreement with the terms of this agreement.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1. The Provider may change Offer terms unilaterally 12.2. New terms take effect upon publication on the website 12.3. The User is responsible for monitoring changes 12.4. Continued use of the Service constitutes agreement with new terms

13. Agreement Termination

13.1. The User may terminate the agreement at any time through their dashboard 13.2. Access remains until the end of the paid period 13.3. The Provider may terminate the agreement if the User violates terms 13.4. Blocking for violations does not entitle a refund

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1. Parties commit to resolving disputes through negotiation 14.2. Pre-trial claim procedure is mandatory 14.3. Claims are sent to support@dansly.io 14.4. Claim review period — 10 business days 14.5. If agreement is not reached, disputes are resolved in court at the Provider's registered location
