We will refund within 30 days of first payment if you're not satisfied with the content quality or the platform doesn't suit you for any reason.
1. When Refund Is Possible
A refund is possible in the following cases:
- Within 30 days of first subscription payment (for new users)
- Technical issues: if we couldn't provide access to paid content within 48 hours
- Double charge: if an error occurred and payment was charged twice
- Payment system error: if money was charged but access was not provided
2. When Refund Is Not Possible
A refund is not available in the following cases:
- More than 30 days have passed since first payment
- Subscription has already been auto-renewed (refund available only for the first payment)
- Access was blocked for violating Terms of Service (content copying, sharing access)
- For one-time lesson/program purchases — if content was viewed more than 50%
- For lifetime subscription — if more than 30 days have passed since purchase
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact us: send an email to support@dansly.io with subject 'Refund'
- Provide information:
- Email used for registration
- Payment date
- Payment amount
- Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)
- Wait for confirmation: we'll respond within 24 hours with a decision
- Receive your money: refund to card takes 3-10 business days (depends on bank)
4. Refund Timeline

5. Subscription Exchange
Upgrading:
- You can upgrade to a more expensive plan at any time
- The cost of the unused period of your current subscription will be credited
- The new subscription starts immediately
Downgrading:
- Downgrading applies only at the next renewal
- The current subscription remains active until the end of the paid period
6. Auto-Renewal Refund
If you forgot to disable automatic renewal:
- Within 7 days after auto-renewal, we can refund if you didn't use access
- Send a request to support@dansly.io within a week of the charge
- We'll check your account activity for the period after renewal
- If no content was viewed — we'll refund in full
7. Partial Refund
In some cases, a partial refund is possible:
- If you purchased an annual subscription, used 3 months, and want to cancel — we can refund the cost of unused months (within the first 30 days)
- Calculation: (Full price / Number of months) × Unused months
8. Disputes and Claims
If you encounter difficulties with a refund:
- Pre-trial resolution: send an official claim to support@dansly.io
- Review period: we must respond within 10 business days
- Court proceedings: if agreement is not reached, disputes are resolved in court
9. Refund for Legal Entities
If payment was made on behalf of an organization:
- Refund is only possible with an official letter from the organization
- Bank details for refund to settlement account are required
- Refund is processed within 10 business days after receiving documents
10. Important Notes
- Payment system commission is non-refundable (approximately 2-3% of the amount)
- Currency transactions: slight differences may occur due to exchange rate fluctuations
- Access is blocked immediately after refund approval
- Repeat refund for the same subscription is not possible

These refund terms are part of the Public Offer Agreement and comply with the requirements of Russian legislation, including the Consumer Protection Law (No. 2300-1) and rules for providing services remotely.
