Subscription & Payment

What plans are available on Dansly?
We offer three plans: Monthly (990₽/mo), Semi-Annual (790₽/mo), and Annual (590₽/mo). The longer the subscription period, the better the monthly price.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, MIR), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SBP (Fast Payment System).
Can I get a refund if I don't like the subscription?
Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the first payment. If you're not satisfied, just contact support and we'll refund you.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. You can disable auto-renewal in your account settings at any time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription and click 'Cancel Subscription'. Access will remain until the end of the paid period.

Content & Learning

What dance styles are available on the platform?
Dansly features over 40 styles: Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Jazz-Funk, Stretching, High Heels, K-Pop, Dancehall, Vogue, House, Breaking, and many more.
Is the platform suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! We have programs for all levels — from the very basics to advanced techniques. Most courses start with basic movements.
How often is new content added?
New videos appear every week. We regularly add choreographies to new tracks, themed programs, and masterclasses.
Can I download videos for offline viewing?
Currently, the download feature is not available. All videos are streamed online to protect our teachers' copyrights.
What language is the content in?
All content is in Russian. All teachers are Russian-speaking professionals.

Account & Profile

How do I change my email or password?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account. There you can change your email, password, and other profile data.
Can I use one account on multiple devices?
Yes, you can watch videos on any number of devices. However, simultaneous viewing is only possible on two devices.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, email us at support@dansly.io. Please note that after deletion, all data including learning progress will be lost.

Technical Questions

What devices does Dansly work on?
The platform works in any modern browser on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
Video loads slowly or lags. What should I do?
Try: 1) Reload the page; 2) Check your internet speed (5 Mbps recommended); 3) Clear browser cache; 4) Try another browser.
Is there a mobile app?
The mobile app is under development. For now, you can use the mobile version of the site — it's optimized for phones and tablets.

Security & Privacy

How are my payment details protected?
We don't store your card data. All payments are processed through a certified payment system with encryption.
Who can see my profile?
You decide what to show. In privacy settings, you can make your profile public or hide certain information from other users.
